The Department of Real Estate Follow-up Audit could be a real estate broker's SECOND CHANCE to get it right this time.

Listen, I can't lie. One bad DRE audit could easily result in a formal Accusation, and worse, an enforcement action against your license record. As part of that action, you may be subject to a subsequent audit by the Department.
