New Continuing Education Requirements for California Real Estate Licensees are coming soon!
Senate Bill 263, which was passed at the end of 2021, requires two hours of implicit bias training to be incorporated into continuing education (CE). The mandated three-hour Fair Housing renewal course has also been restructured, including an interactive participatory component. The new CE requirements will apply to real estate licensees with licenses expiring on or after January 1, 2023.
First Tuesday, one of the premier California Real Estate Schools, was one of the first course providers to submit the new education course to the California DRE for approval, and has been pre-approved.
