Summer was employed as a Civilian Economic Crimes Investigator for the Orange County District Attorney's Office investigating real estate related crimes in their Real Estate Fraud Unit.  

Summer began compliance consulting in 2016. Being a former Investigator, Summer is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the Real Estate Law and Commissioner's Regulations as enforced by DRE.  Summer helped the Department enforce the laws regulating real estate licensees for six years and was tasked with, among other duties, making sure real estate brokers and agents were in regulatory compliance.  Thus, when it comes to the compliance inspection and audit of real estate brokers, and knowing exactly what it takes to pass those regulatory evaluations, Summer is uniquely qualified and truly a one-of-a-kind consultant in her field.
